The Relationship Clinic System™, Seven Cycles of Trust™, Relationship Assessment™, Relationship Facilitator Certification™, and related names, marks, materials, and applications are proprietary intellectual property. Access, purchase, attendance, quotation, or participation does not transfer ownership or grant an implied license.

No Unauthorized Teaching or Reproduction

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not engage in any of the following without prior written permission:

• Teaching, facilitating, coaching, training, certifying, or presenting the Seven Cycles of Trust™ or other proprietary methods without written authorization
• Copying, recording, reproducing, republishing, distributing, selling, sublicensing, uploading, translating, adapting, or creating derivative works from protected content
• Using books, workbooks, assessments, curricula, exercises, diagrams, presentations, videos, downloads, or facilitator materials to operate a class, course, ministry, event, program, product, or service
• Removing ownership notices or using protected names, logos, marks, or confusingly similar branding to imply approval, partnership, endorsement, or certification

Certification and licensing are separate. Completing training, purchasing materials, or attending an event does not automatically authorize public teaching, branded delivery, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use.

Licensing Requirements

Authorized use requires a written license

Churches, organizations, educators, coaches, facilitators, ministries, event producers, publishers, media companies, technology platforms, and commercial partners must obtain the appropriate written license before using protected content in programs, training, coaching, events, products, platforms, or revenue-generating activity.

Every license is limited by its written scope, which may include approved materials, audience, delivery method, territory, term, brand standards, facilitator qualifications, fees, reporting, renewal, and quality-control requirements. Permission is valid only when issued in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative.
