Certification & Licensing

Train the leader.
License the use.
Protect the standard.

The Relationship Clinic System™ is designed to multiply through qualified people, approved partners, controlled curriculum access, and written licensing—not through unauthorized reproduction.

A protected expansion model

Growth without dilution.

A scalable system needs more than public content. It needs trained facilitators, written permissions, quality standards, brand controls, curriculum governance, and renewal structures that protect participants and intellectual property as reach expands.

This page explains the pathways. Final rights, fees, deliverables, territories, and responsibilities are established only through the applicable written agreement.

Five protected pathways

One system. Multiple authorized applications.

Each pathway is structured around who will deliver the work, where it will be used, what materials are approved, and how quality will be maintained.

01

Facilitator Training

Prepare qualified leaders to understand the Seven Cycles of Trust™, guide structured conversations, apply ethical boundaries, and demonstrate responsible delivery.

Training establishes competence. It does not, by itself, grant unrestricted use of protected curriculum or marks.
02

Church Partnerships

Equip marriage ministries, small groups, leadership teams, retreats, and congregational programs with an approved relationship-education pathway.

Church agreements define leaders, locations, programs, materials, term, reporting, and ministry-use permissions.
03

Organizational Licensing

Support nonprofits, schools, community organizations, employers, coaching practices, and other institutions with defined implementation rights.

Organizational licenses align scope, audience, delivery format, quality standards, brand use, and authorized facilitators.
04

Workshop Authorization

Deliver approved workshops, intensives, retreats, conferences, and learning experiences using protected frameworks and resources.

Authorization may be event-specific, facilitator-specific, territory-specific, or limited to an approved workshop format.
05

Curriculum Use

Access approved lesson plans, assessments, workbooks, exercises, presentations, facilitator guides, and implementation resources.

Curriculum may not be copied, altered, uploaded, sublicensed, resold, or incorporated into another program beyond the written license.

The legal and operational distinction

Preparation before permission.

License architecture

Every agreement defines the boundaries.

A license is not a vague blessing to “use the material.” It is a controlled agreement that protects the framework, the participant experience, the facilitator, and the partner organization.

Approved facilitator qualificationsDefined audiences and delivery settingsAuthorized curriculum and brand assetsEthics, safety, and referral boundariesQuality assurance and participant experienceTerm, territory, reporting, and renewalFees, royalties, or program-use termsProtection of trademarks and proprietary content
AUTHORIZED USE ONLY

No unauthorized teaching, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, certification, or commercial delivery.

Purchase, attendance, access, employment, ministry affiliation, partnership discussion, or certification does not create an implied license.

Certification and licensing inquiry

Tell us where you want to carry the system.

Qualified inquiries should identify the intended audience, proposed program, delivery setting, facilitators, geographic reach, expected participation, timeline, and whether the activity will generate revenue.

All licenses require a written agreement signed by an authorized representative. Relationship Facilitator Certification™ is an educational credential and is not a government license or authorization to provide regulated clinical services.
