Proprietary rights and ownership

The Relationship Clinic System™, including its original content, frameworks, curricula, methods, assessments, training resources, branded programs, media, and associated creative works, is proprietary intellectual property owned or controlled by Woodside IP Kingdom Asset Management and used within The Relationship Clinic System™ ecosystem.

Unless a separate written notice identifies another owner, all original materials published through this website and related programs remain the exclusive property of their applicable rights holder. No ownership interest is transferred by access, purchase, participation, quotation, or permitted personal use.

Protected Materials

What this protection covers

Protected intellectual property includes, without limitation:

  • The Seven Cycles of Trust™ framework, terminology, sequence, diagrams, methods, assessments, and instructional applications
  • Books, workbooks, manuals, curricula, facilitator materials, course content, presentations, exercises, and certification resources
  • Website copy, articles, graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings, podcasts, downloads, page designs, and original digital content
  • Event concepts, program names, workshop formats, coaching tools, questionnaires, reports, templates, and branded experiences
  • Logos, trade dress, slogans, brand language, proprietary names, and other identifying brand assets

Protection applies whether a work displays a copyright symbol, trademark symbol, registration symbol, watermark, or other notice.

Restrictions

Uses that require prior written permission

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials
  • Modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, imitate, create derivative works from, or repackage the system or its materials
  • Teach, coach, certify, train, facilitate, or deliver programs using protected content without written authorization
  • Use protected names, marks, logos, or confusingly similar branding in a business, domain, social account, course, product, service, or event
  • Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, ownership, confidentiality, or proprietary-rights notices
  • Use site content to train, fine-tune, populate, or improve an artificial-intelligence system or commercial dataset without written permission

Limited quotations for commentary, scholarship, news reporting, or other legally permitted purposes must be properly attributed and must not imply endorsement, affiliation, certification, or authorization.

Licensing Statement

Permission must be written

Churches, organizations, educators, coaches, facilitators, media companies, event producers, publishers, technology platforms, and commercial partners must obtain an appropriate written license before reproducing, teaching, adapting, distributing, displaying, embedding, or commercially using protected materials.

A license is valid only when documented in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative. Certification, attendance, purchase, partnership discussion, or access to materials does not by itself create a license.

Names and marks identify the source

The Relationship Clinic System™, The Relationship Clinic Live™, Seven Cycles of Trust™, Relationship Assessment™, Relationship Coaching™, Relationship Facilitator Certification™, Certification Academy™, Church Partnerships™, Partner With the System™, Relationship Game Night™, and associated names, logos, slogans, program identifiers, and trade dress are claimed trademarks, service marks, or proprietary brand assets of their respective owner.

The ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights and does not necessarily mean a mark is federally registered. No use is permitted in a manner likely to cause confusion, imply sponsorship or endorsement, or misrepresent affiliation.

Permissions, licensing, or reported misuse

Start with a written inquiry.

Identify the exact material, proposed use, audience, territory, format, duration, and whether the use will generate revenue. Permission is not granted unless and until a signed written agreement is issued.
